Overview

Xiangcheng, a declining fifth-tier town, is about to hold an international marathon. Around this marathon, all kinds of people appear: young people from small towns who organize weddings, gangsters who open mahjong parlors, an acrobatic troupe with few people, and the boss behind the counterfeit money business...
