Each week Lindsay Brun, Rémi-Pierre Paquin, Vanessa Pilon and their guests visit a region of Quebec to unearth local culinary treasures. Along the way, they’ll meet producers and artisans to gather their specialty foods and beverages. Together, the group puts together a simple country repast from a menu created by Lindsay.
