Overview

Xiang Damin, a determined leader, builds his small town into a thriving community over 20 years. However, the town faces a crisis due to corruption and mismanagement. When government official Wen Shulin is sent to resolve the issues, he must navigate political challenges and work with a diverse group of leaders to bring about necessary reforms and restore the town's prosperity.
