Rafi Levi (born August 12, 2001) is a Turkish-Portuguese writer and director. Born in Istanbul, Turkey, he completed a Film & TV degree at Brandeis University in Waltham, Massachusetts. Levi's most notable work is his debut student short film "Hoya".
