Overview

Detective Carter, and his disillusioned partner, Anthony, investigate the death a small-town police chief. These investigations lead Anthony to uncover a greater mystery, one that had nearly been forgotten. It's his job to bring justice to the victims, and in his journey for truth, he finds more than just evidence.
