Overview

A young medical student must learn what it means to be a doctor, while saving lives with a seasoned emergency physician who is struggling under the weight of life-and-death decisions. Together, they face an unexpected crisis when a routine shift turns personal. As they race against time to save a patient, they must confront their unseen personal traumas behind their scrubs.
