The Alyssa is Real Live's most popular personal assistant AI. Craig has relied on his Alyssa for years, until one morning while making his favorite breakfast, Alyssa bricks. Real Live sends Rachel, a repair tech, to take a look. While Rachel is rebooting Alyssa, she and Craig share a basic human connection, one that Craig hasn't experienced in years.
