Overview
Marc is an angry soul who returns from a watery grave with supernatural powers and a thirst for vigilante justice. Memories flood his mind, but none more prominent than that of his evil foster care parent, Mrs. Hart. When Marc pays her a surprise visit, all hell breaks loose.
