Overview

A group of friends fall victim to tragic events after one of them dials *69 in response to a crank call. Tina, who's finally putting the missing pieces of her life back together after a car accident robbed her of her memory a year prior, uncovers that these events are somehow linked to her past. Now, she must find a way to unlock the truth that is buried deep within in order to put an end to the nightmare.
